About our company

Sustainability is very important to us!

The GNS team of experts consisting of chemists, environmental and process engineers has been active in research & development, consulting and engineering for the use of biomass, residues and waste since 1998. Our goal is to use natural resources sustainably.

Your specialists for natural and residual material utilization – our services from a single source

We offer investment security through proven expertise for investors, planners & plant operators

Procedures and combinations of procedures often entail great risks for the investor. Extensive expertise is essential, particularly at the level of procedure functionality. This is the only way investments worth millions can actually generate the desired return.

Our team has decades of experience in the field of environmental and process engineering. Many investors, planners and plant operators have benefited from the knowledge of our process chemists and process engineers. We carefully examine every process down to the smallest detail. This gives you greater investment security and you don't have to worry about unpleasant surprises.

Processes and products for sustainable material use – cooperation with strong partners

From scientific conception to technology development, engineering and market launch, we develop new processes and products and, together with partner companies, take on the implementation of complex tasks relating to the use of biomass, waste and residual materials. We operate both in Germany and throughout Europe.

We are a member of the SYSTEMIC project in the EU Horizon 2020 program, which is working on a variety of technologies for recovering mineral nutrients from digestate and on producing (nutrient-poor) organic soil improvers and fertilizers. Nutrient recovery enables plant owners to process organic waste and digestate into user-specific products for the regional market.

Would you like to find out more about our processes for the use and processing of biomass and waste as well as for the recovery of valuable materials? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
